I've been trying to make sketching a daily practice and, as well as sketching in Procreate, I'm using a 'sketch a day' visual journal both to hold myself accountable and to help keep my sketches looser and more spontaneous. This is a selection of some of those sketches, either drawn from life or personal photos, or entirely imaginary, along with some character development/storyboard roughs.
